Blood Crescent is a normal unique Scimitar found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Blood Crescent carries 15% Life Stolen Per Hit at required level 7, and no other item in the game guarantees as much at any level. The Scimitar is one of the fastest bases available, so the steal is applied often, and returning 15% of each hit is enough to hold a small life pool full through most of Normal. 33% Chance of Open Wounds and +15 to All Resistances keep it worth using well after the 60-80% Enhanced Damage has stopped keeping pace.
